Inglis Florists

Disappointed in the flowers that was ordered. We ordered a standard America the Beautiful arrangement (I will attach photos) and received an arrangement that did not match the picture listed. At first they told us they were out of the blue flowers so the substituted for purple, weird choice. I asked for them to fix it, and they did, but it still is subpar. The flowers look as though it was the last pick of the bouquet with an overwhelming amount of green filler stems. This is not what we anticipated, and being that we were on our way to a graduation, there was no time to ask for a refund. $60+ for what we received is not okay. Id rethink placing an order with them, you will not get what you think you ordered. Extremely disappointed, now off to find a random bouquet to try and fix what we are left with... oh and they gave us a completely downgraded vase as well. Beyond disappointed! Below is what we ordered vs what we got.. remember they did switch out the purple flowers for blue, but it definitely didnt make it any better.

As always, Inglis did a spectacular job. The recipient said this was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever received (which is something because her husband gets her flowers all the time).

I stopped in yesterday for a dozen red roses and they did not disappoint with their amazingly beautiful bouquet. They made a gorgeous arrangement for me on the spot, the roses are just beautiful. My sister was blown away and actually cried when I handed them to her. She said she has never received such a beautiful bouquet of red roses. The ladies who worked yesterday and helped me were super lovely. I thought the price was super fair as well. My cat was even impressed

I live in another state and have used Inglis several times to send flowers in the Tucson area. They are competitively priced and have always created and delivered beautiful products. The delivery process and ordering process are seamless. They are my go-to florist in Tucson - you don't need anyone else.
